Small hands, great wounds.

A painter is painting on the bottom of a dry riverbed where its bridges are being destroyed. He sees a boy with Down syndrome. The boy's hand is wounded and dripping with blood. The painter gives the boy a bandage for his wound. The boy with Down syndrome applies the bandage to the painting of the destroyed bridge instead of his own hands.
