Entry

There is no entry fee. Film submission is free in every category.
Films must be completed before the submission deadline.
Features are 41 minutes or longer. Shorts are 40 minutes or under.
Films are submitted as digital files. Screening copies may be requested in a specific format (for example ProRes) depending on the venue.
Directors under 18 are eligible for the Made by Kids section. Parents or guardians confirm permission for anyone under 18 who appears in or makes the film.

If your film is selected

You grant the festival the right to exhibit your film during the festival and any festival tours.
The festival may use moving-image excerpts and reproduce stills to promote the festival.
Selected films may be invited to a "best of the festival" screening.
Accepted films cannot be withdrawn after selection.
No media will be returned after the festival.

Liability

Every precaution will be taken in handling entries, but the festival organizers, employees, sponsors and participating organizations cannot take responsibility for damage to or loss of materials submitted.
