Arash the Archer

Twelve-year-old Arash lives in the ancient city of Ray with his best friend Dastan and his secret crush Roxan.
After a surprise invasion by the kingdom of Tooran, the oppressors issue a humiliating challenge: if a Persian archer can shoot an arrow from the new border toward the old by midnight of the Summer Solstice, wherever it lands will define Persia’s fate.
Arash believes he can rise to the impossible task. Unbeknownst to him, a malevolent Deev - a shape-shifting demon - stands ready to ensure he fails.
Arash the Archer is a tale of friendship, triumph of good over evil, and mythology, inspired by one of Persia’s oldest legends.
