The Hummingbird and the Cherry Tree, tells the story of two best friends, a big old cherry tree and a humming bird. One day, the humming bird decides to go on a journey to the sun, and flies so high, but so high, that he never comes back again. Sad because of his friends departure, the cherry tree never blooms again, leaving all of his forest friends without flowers nor cherries. That way, the bees, the bugs, the boys and the girls of the forest get together and sing a beautiful song so that the cherry tree feels accompanied, and they give him strength to bloom once again.
