Synopsis
Project Title: Tree-friend
A young boy lovingly plants a mango sapling and waters it daily, dreaming of the flowers and fruits it will yield in the future. As the tree grows, a woodcutter attempts to chop it down, but the boy firmly stops him, declaring the tree his true friend and sending the woodcutter away.
Months later, a devastating storm destroys the homes in the village. Seeing the helpless villagers, the majestic tree offers them shelter beneath its canopy until the rain stops, and then feeds them its fruits. The story ends with a powerful reminder that humans and trees are lifelong friends who depend on and complement each other.
